Our adult Tang Soo Do classes offer practical and effective self-defense skills for men and women. Tang Soo Do teaches you how to develop your mind, body, and spirit as one.
The curriculum is aimed to progressively advance the student from White Belt level to Black Belt level using martial arts, fitness, and self-defense techniques. Our certified black belt instructors will foster confidence, mindfulness, and personal power through every class.

Our roots are in Tang Soo Doo, but that formalized style is not all we offer. We have special programming for adults that allow for self-defense training (both mommy & me and individual) We offer drop in s as well as monthly packages.

Our adult classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the morning and in the evening.
Morning classes run from 11 AM until 12 PM.
Evening classes run from 7 PM until 8:15 PM
Saturday classes run every Saturday from 11 AM until 12 PM
Zoom attendance is available for all morning classes.
